Use Settings → Brand & Identity (/admin/settings/brand-identity) to manage
the organization details and visual system that should stay consistent across
Crafted Call. This is the only organization-wide branding editor; there is no
separate Brand Kit workspace. Organization owners and admins can make changes.
Open the workspace
The workspace is organized into these sections:
Logo set — the primary logo, optional light-background and dark-mode
variants, and a cover image.
Colors & typography — accent colors and heading/body fonts, with contrast
guidance.
Organization voice — the display name, tagline, and public social links.
Channel styling — the neutral surface color, semantic accents, custom
email footer, and default button style used by templates and forms.
Channel previews — live email, signup-form, and website previews that
reflect unsaved edits.
Email identity — a read-only summary of the sending name and domain, with
a link to manage sender-domain verification under email settings.
When you belong to several organizations, use the organization switcher and
confirm the active organization before editing. Each organization keeps its
own data, team, identity, calls, and public surfaces.
Logo set
The Logo set contains four assets:
Primary logo — the default organization mark used on public and admin
surfaces.
Light-background logo — an optional variant designed for light surfaces.
It falls back to the primary logo when it is not set.
Dark-mode logo — an optional variant for dark app and email surfaces. It
falls back through the saved logo set when it is not set.
Cover image — a wide image used on organization profile surfaces. You can
add an optional artwork credit beneath it.
Primary and dark-mode logos accept PNG or JPEG files up to 5 MB. The
light-background uploader accepts PNG, JPEG, or WebP files up to 5 MB. Use a
raster image for the cover; PNG, JPEG, or WebP is the safest choice. SVG files
are not supported by these organization-image uploads.
Primary, dark-mode, and cover uploads are saved as soon as the upload
completes. The light-background logo and cover-image credit remain drafts until
you choose Save logo details. Removing or replacing an uploaded primary,
dark-mode, or cover image also takes effect immediately.
For clear results, use a transparent logo with enough contrast for its target
background. A square primary logo of at least 200 × 200 pixels works well in
compact organization cards; keep light and dark variants in the same shape so
they do not jump between modes.

Colors & typography
Choose the primary accent, secondary/hover color, heading font, and body font.
Enter colors as hex values. Crafted Call shows contrast warnings alongside the
color controls.
These values update the channel previews while you edit. Choose Save colors
& typography to publish them. If saving fails, your draft remains in the
form and previews so you can correct it or try again.
Organization voice
Set the display name, tagline, and public links used across your organization
profile and communications. The social fields include Instagram, Facebook,
X/Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, Bluesky, and Pinterest. Choose Save
organization voice to publish changes.
Channel styling
Channel styling controls the shared presentation used by email, signup forms,
and newly seeded sites:
neutral surface color;
semantic accent colors for light and dark surfaces;
default button background, text color, shape, and width;
custom email footer HTML.
When a semantic accent or button background is left inherited, it continues to
follow the primary accent instead of copying its current value. Draft changes
appear in the previews immediately. Choose Save channel styling to publish
them.
Apply to all templates is a separate, confirmed bulk action. It refreshes
every custom template, including templates that are currently detached, so
each one follows Brand & Identity again. Existing stored per-template values
remain available as fallbacks if a template is detached later.
Previews and email identity
The Channel previews show real email, signup-form, and seeded-site output. The
cards under Where your identity shows up cover the public organization page,
email header, admin search, and exhibition print labels. Unsaved logo, color,
font, and channel-style drafts appear here before you save; failed saves do not
replace the draft with saved values.
The Email sender identity summary is read-only. Sending domains, DKIM
verification, From addresses, and reply-to configuration remain under email
settings. Use Manage email sending from Brand & Identity to open that
dedicated workflow. See
Sending Email From Your Own Domain
for setup details.
Check downstream surfaces
After a material change, preview or generate a test for:
public calls, forms, confirmations, and decision messages;
campaign workspaces, test sends, signup forms, and email footers;
gallery and exhibition websites;
certificates, catalogs, invoices, receipts, and labels;
the public profile and social links.
Sent campaigns and generated documents may preserve the branding snapshot used
at creation or delivery. A later Brand & Identity change does not rewrite that
historical output.
Per-surface overrides
Some signup forms, email templates, and sites can detach from Brand & Identity
and keep their own values. A detached surface does not automatically change
when the organization identity changes. Use the match and reset controls in
that editor to compare or return a field to the organization-wide value.
Troubleshooting
The wrong organization changed. Switch back to the intended organization
and verify the active name before saving again. Contact support if a public or
transactional surface used the wrong identity.
A surface does not match. Check whether that surface follows Brand &
Identity or has an override. Use the match indicator or reset action where
available.
Email still uses another sender. Visual branding and sender-domain identity
are related but separate. Verify the sender domain and the campaign or
transactional sender settings.
Brand & Identity is a current capability. Normal plan entitlements and
permissions still apply to the downstream feature using the brand values. For
